TECHNOLOGY
The company applies the Pro Engineer 3D designing and processing system, the CNC machining is controlled by this system.
The available machines:
- One MAHO 1000 CNC 4 abrours milling machine
- Two MVI CNC 3 arbours machining centre x1200 y800 z500mm
- One TC3 CNC machining centre with a set of 24 tools x800 y500 z500mm
- One Rapid Mill CNC quick drilling and milling machine for serial work
- One Charmilles Robofil 510 CNC wire spark machine
- One Charmilles D-420 CNC block spark machine
- Three CNC lathes
- Four surface grinders
- Two plane grinder
- One ACT Spark SP-3 block spark machines
- Two Kondia B640 machining centres
The plastic injection-molding capacity is up to 1000 g.
The company posesses some aluminum pressure casting machines as well.
These are:
- One 700 tons horizontal casting machine
- Two 400 tons horizontal casting machine
- Four 250 tons horizontal casting machine
- Two 160 tons horizontal casting machine
- One 225 tons vertical casting machine
- One 160 tons vertical casting machine
Apart of the high-tech equipment, the company has also some traditional metal processing machines as well.
